EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, FIXMYPOD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. We have limited capacity to store customer's devices, therefore all devices undergoing service will be considered abandoned after 90 days of non-contact with the customer. The customer agrees to maintain contact with FixMyPod.ca regarding the status of their order. FixMyPod.ca will make every reasonable attempt to contact the customer via e-mail, phone, or fax within the 90 day period and will give several notices to customer before the device is considered abandoned.
FixMyPod.ca guarantees all parts and labour for up to 90 days. We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied to the greatest extent possible. If you experience any issues upon receiving your repaired device, you may contact us and we will email you a pre-paid postage label for return of the device to have any and all issues regarding its functionality assessed.
Expedited shipping includes tracking number and insurance, Regular shipping does not - as such FixMyPod.ca is not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped using this method. All shipping is done via Canada Post or United Parcel Service.
