First we diagnose your device. Bring in your device with a charged battery so that we may test it in a timely manner. Bringing in your device with a full charge makes the testing process faster and lets us do it while you wait. If you are bringing in an iPhone, make sure to sign out of iCloud and disable the "Find My Phone" feature on the iCloud website. If your phone is too damaged to disable "Find My Phone" you can disable the service by plugging the device into a computer. If the device can be reused or if parts can be salvaged, we will make you a cash offer. You can also choose to trade or if the item you bring in is unusable or beyond repair we will responsibly recycle it in an environmentally-friendly manner.
